Shipping policy


All orders are processed within 1 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. You can also monitor your order status on your account page. 

Domestic Shipping Rates

We offer free Canada Post Canada-wide shipping on all orders over $75 with a flat shipping fee of $9.95 being applied to all orders under $75. All orders to PO box locations and addresses are automatically shipped by Canada Post. 

International Shipping

We offer free shipping to the United States on all orders over $75 with a flat shipping fee of $9.95USD being applied to all orders under $75. Courier choice may vary. 

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. You can also monitor your order status on your account page. 

If you haven’t received your order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at hello@cobiabeauty.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Shipping of Dangerous Goods 

Products that are classified as "Dangerous Goods" based on Canadian regulations are required to be shipped by ground and not by air. This may cause a delay in expected shipping times. This is beyond our control and we reserve the right to ship orders based on the rules provided without indication to the customer at the time of ordering or shipping. All orders will still ship Expedited. Products classified as Dangerous Goods may include but are not limited to aerosols, flammables, and products containing Lithium Ion batteries. 

Missing Packages 

Within Canada - If you receive a notification that your order has been delivered, but you cannot locate the package - please proceed to the following Canada Post page located here. The carrier will be able to assist in locating the missing parcel when you follow the steps outlined on this page. If you cannot locate the package after going through the steps listed on their website, you will be asked to start an investigation as the receiver. Once the investigation is complete, we hope that you will have received your package, however if not, please contact COBIA customer service with your ticket number and we will be able to assist you further.

Please DO NOT contact COBIA customer service prior to completing an investigation (when required) with the carrier. 

Damaged Packages 

If your package arrives damaged, please follow these steps to ensure a quick resolution:

  • Before opening the package:
    • Take clear pictures of the box from all angles.
  • After opening the package:
    • Photograph the inside of the box, including all packaging materials, before removing the products.
  • Additional information:
    • Take a close-up photo of the shipping label.

Once you’ve taken these pictures, email them to our customer service team at hello@cobiabeauty.com. Our team will review the information and provide a solution to address the issue.

Gift with Purchase

All gift with purchase offers are subject to availability. If the gift chosen at checkout is not available, another gift will be chosen at random. We reserve the right to change the gift with purchase at any time. Replacement gifts are not available should you receive something different than expected due to limited stock. Gifts cannot be returned or exchanged and are not subject to refund. 

Shipping Insurance

Customers have the option to purchase Shipping Insurance for $2.99. If Shipping Insurance is purchased, your order will be protected from damage, theft, and loss during transit. Shipping Insurance does not protect packages that have been lost or stolen once delivered. To make a claim on your Shipping Insurance, contact us at hello@cobiabeauty.com and identify your situation with our customer service team. If deemed eligible and shipping protection is valid, then we will reship your order to you following our processes.  

Refunds, returns, and exchanges

Customers can choose to add Shipping Insurance to protect their order against damage, loss, or theft. Once purchased, Shipping Insurance is non-refundable.
