Where do you ship?
We offer free express shipping for all orders over $50. For all orders under $50, we charge a flat $5.00 fee. All orders ship Canada Post express Canada-wide, PO box locations are automatically shipped by Canada Post.
How long will my order take?
We want you to receive your purchases as soon as possible so we work hard to ensure that each and every order is prepared and shipped quickly. Expect to receive your order within 3-5 business days from the time your order has been processed and shipped from our distribution center (Our distribution center operates Mon-Fri). Orders being shipped to PO boxes are delivered by Canada Post so will take a few extra days. Please note that due to COVID-19, shipping times may take a couple extra days. We appreciate your patience!
How will my order be packaged?
At COBIA, we want to do our part in being environmentally friendly. All orders are packaged in 100% recyclable packaging with compostable tape and biodegradable packing peanuts that dissolve completely in water!
RETURNS + EXCHANGES
If you decide the products you ordered are not for you, not a problem! We offer FREE returns for 30 days. Make your return within the first 30 days after your purchase and receive a full refund to the original form of payment.
How do I return my products?
If you are unhappy with your products for any reason and want to return them, we offer free returns on lightly used and unused products, simply print off a pre-paid return label, attach it to your package, and drop it off at the nearest Canada Post or UPS location. All you need to do to initiate the return is reach out to our team with your order number and reason for return! All returns must be dropped off at the carrier for shipment within 14 days of receiving your pre-paid label. Please ship returns in a box (not a soft mailer) to prevent product damage. If you do not drop off your return within 14 days, your return is no longer eligible and will not be accepted. Your refund or credit will be issued within 10 business days of receiving. Shipping rates paid on original order are not refunded. We only replace damaged or defective products. If you need to exchange for a different item, send us an email at email@example.com. Exchanges are not valid on sale items.
Note: If you are re-using your shipping box, please ensure original shipping label is entirely removed or covered before attaching the new label.
