Do I need to book a consultation?

You do not need to book a free consultation but they are extremely helpful if you’re looking for a drastic change like a colour correction, extensions, or anything out of your personal norm! We also provide consultations over Messanger, Instagram DM, WhatsApp, and over the phone, reach out to us anytime and speak to a live beauty consultant to get your appointment started.

How do I book an Appointment?

You can hit the book now button at the top of this page. Alternative options are calling the salon directly, sending us or your preferred stylist a DM, using the COBIA Salon + Store app available on the app store, or just visiting a salon and booking a service in person.

Does the length of my hair matter?

Almost always! The length of you hair will affect the duration of your service and the product needed to achieve your hair goals. If your hair is passed your collar bones, we consider this long. Medium hair is above the collar bones, and short hair means above the ears.

How do I use my COBIA Cash?

$5 COBIA Cash is awarded to all Guests after every service, you can redeem it on any products in salon, or stock up and use it at a later date!

Do I have to book in advance?

It’s always best to book as far in advance as possible to secure your spot. Many Guests opt in to book multiple follow ups at once especially if they are getting hair cuts or root touch ups regularly to maintain the health and look of their hair. Although we often have open slots during the day, so feel free to walk-in and check to see if we have any availability!
