- Birthday Rewards = 1000 Points
- Customers must enter their birthday at least 30 days in advance to be rewarded
- Follow on Instagram = 100 points
- Follow on Facebook = 100 points
Ways to Redeem Online:
- Free Shipping Coupon = 1000 points
- $35 Off Your Order (min $150 purchase) = 3500 points
- $10 Off (min $75 purchase) = 1000 Points
- $20 Off (min $100 purchase) = 2000 Points
Referrals
- Referring customer reward: $5 off coupon
- The referral bonus is only applicable to first time customers
- Referred friend reward: $5 off coupon
- The existing customer gets their reward once the friend makes their first order. The referral bonus is only applicable to first time customers

- Spend $0 in a calendar year.
- Addict
- Spend $500 in a calendar year. The reward for entering this tier is 500 bonus points
- Beauty Connoisseur
- Spend $1000 in a calendar year. The reward for entering this tier is 1000 bonus points
A Few Updates to Keep COBIA Collective Going Strong
Point Expiry: To ensure you get the most out of your rewards, points will now expire 365 days after earning them. Any points accumulated prior to this notice will expire on February 11, 2026.
